Jennifer B. Tee

The best part of career is my clients. I enjoy getting to know them, understanding their difficulties and solving their problems. I am a fierce advocate for justice and I zealously advocate for my clients in the courtroom and during all stages of the litigation process. Litigation can be daunting for clients. I help my clients understand the litigation process by educating them on the law and providing the rationale behind it. My goal is to ease my clients' concerns and get the case over the finish line so that they may put the litigation behind them. I represent individuals and businesses in a broad range of complex litigation matters involving commercial, business, probate, contract, employment and injunctions in both federal and state court. I also have a great deal of experience handling arbitrations and was appointed as an Arbitrator in Cook County on the Commercial Calendar, Law Division.
